August has been a busy month across the board at Landserv. We pride ourselves on being the consultancy of choice for local government, and that has been no exception this month, with a large number of existing projects and new projects coming on-line recently, including landfill licence compliance monitoring, review of compliance monitoring and revision of risk assessments related to landfill operations. Our other government clients include Department of Education and Training (DET), Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF), Barwon Water, to name a few.

We recently were accepted onto the panel for the Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV), further proving our suitability to service local and state government bodies and making it easier to procure our services.

We also continued to provide top quality work for our other clients in the private development industry and other sectors, and we are always looking to bring new clients into the fold.

Landserv recently took on Michael Fallon in an Environmental Scientist role in their Geelong West office to allow us to continue to service our client’s requirements, as demand for services threatened to outstrip capacity – a great position for our business to be in! Michael has over two years’ of relevant experience in the environmental consulting industry and already has fit in very well with the Landserv team. In his first three weeks with Landserv he hit the ground running, getting straight out on-site and helping with a major project in Port Lonsdale, as well as learning our systems and how we do things in a very short time frame.

A combination of many years developing and adhering to our IMS, and lots of hard work meant we were recently certified to the new ISO9001:2015 standards for Quality Management, an achievement we are all very proud of.

We’d be happy to hear from you and if there is anything Landserv can do to assist, please call Toby Montgomery or Damien Chappell on
