Landserv was recently commissioned to provide a State Government Department with an environmental due diligence for a proposed police station development west of Melbourne. The project required a non-intrusive ecological assessment and a Phase 1 environmental site assessment. The aim of the project was to undertake a responsive assessment of any potential constraints of the site including contamination prior to the purchase of the property. Our team finished this project significantly early which assisted the client in making a rapid recommendation and saving significant time and expenses.
