Landserv is currently assisting a dairy manufacturer in Western Victoria to prepare an Environmental Management System for its operation. The first stage of the work included an initial environmental review and operation inspection, together with the preparation of a draft Environmental Risk Register. The register will form the basis for facilitating a workshop of key managers and workers, scheduled for late 2012. This will ensure that the people most familiar with day-to-day environmental risks have the opportunity to assist with assessing and controling those risks.
