Landserv has been certified for Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001 since 2010. This year we have been working hard to update our QMS to the new version of the Standard which was released in September 2015. The external audit was carried out last week by a third party assessor and we are glad to have achieved re-certification to the new standard.
Our annual program of internal auditing and reviewing of our business processes shows that the QMS continues to prove effective in helping us achieve our quality policy and objectives. In addition, we also focus on continual improvement to the system as our organization grows.
